The Triplane started as a design for a longboard for a person who wanted more paddling speed, and a more lively performer vs. a plank. Since its inception, it has also turned a shorter eggy-type shortboard into a mor eversatile all around knee to head-high performer. If you are looking for a board that paddles way better than its volume, but you don't have to pump it to get it going like a fish, you'll have a blast! And, if you do pump it, it flies! Dave makes this board from 6'4" to 9'6". EPS or POLY. The 6'4" stringerless EPS is awesome!
